Build a society where everyone can stand on the starting line.

Give every child
access to sports,
culture and the arts.

We provide grants to organizations and individuals so that every child can experience sports, culture and the arts.

Have you ever thought about the fact
that some children cannot take part in sports or cultural activities?

Because of financial circumstances, disabilities, or differences in where they live,
some children never even have the chance to choose to begin.
There are children who couldn’t say, “I want to try.”

There are children who want to start but simply can’t.

They can’t afford equipment.

They can’t pay monthly fees.

They have no way to get to practice.

They have no place that will accept them.

Each of these factors increases the distance to that starting line.
That gap becomes a gap in experience, and eventually, in opportunity.

Economic, disability, and regional barriers limit children’s choices
before they even begin.

That’s why we support organizations and individuals working for children through grants.
Our Children’s Sports & Culture Activity Grant Program is built on three principles.

Support

Funding
for activities

arrange

We provide grants, in principle free of charge, to cover the costs of children’s sports and cultural activities — event costs, equipment and operating expenses, and fees for inviting professional instructors. Hands-on support with operations is also available where needed.

Open

Open application
for everyone

make

Grants are awarded through open calls based on guidelines published on this website. Applications are equally open to all eligible organizations (with or without corporate status) and individuals. Application periods and details are announced on this website.

Select

Fair selection
and disclosure

open

Selection is carried out by a selection committee that excludes anyone with a direct interest in an applicant, based on predefined criteria. Grant recipients and results are disclosed on our website and in business reports.

We approach child support not as isolated initiatives,
but as a lasting system.
At its core is the Children’s Sports & Culture Activity Grant Program.

Who can apply

Organizations (with or without corporate status) and individuals engaged in sports or cultural activities for children. We support activities of public benefit that are aimed at children or broadly open to children. Activities whose main purpose is religious, political or commercial are not eligible.

What we fund

We provide grants, in principle free of charge, for the costs necessary to carry out activities — event costs, equipment and operating expenses, and fees for inviting professional instructors. Hands-on support may also be provided where needed. Grant limits, the number of grants and application periods are set out in each year’s guidelines.

From application to grant

Once the guidelines are published, applicants submit an application form, an activity plan and a budget. The selection committee screens applications against the criteria, and the board of directors makes the final decision. After the grant is made, recipients report on their activities and the use of funds, and grant recipients and details are published on our website.
